# Peptide Calculations > Peptide dosage calculator, reconstitution math and dosing charts. Free peptide calculators (reconstitution, syringe units, vial yield, cost per mg, blends) and dosage charts for 39 peptides. Every dose range states its basis: FDA label, published trial, or commonly reported. Independent: no affiliation with any brand, no affiliate links, no ads. Educational, not medical advice. The site sells nothing. October 2026. U-40: 40 units per mL, so 0.1 mL = 4 units. Barrel size (0.3/0.5/1 mL) does not change the scale. - Doses per vial = vial mg ÷ mg per dose; the water volume does not change it. 5 mg ÷ 0.25 mg = 20 doses. - 1 mg = 1,000 mcg; 1 mL = 1,000 µL; 1 U-100 unit = 10 µL. IU has no universal mg equivalent. ## Dosage charts (dose range · frequency · basis) - [All dosage charts](https://peptidecalculations.org/dosage/) - [5-Amino-1MQ dosage](https://peptidecalculations.org/dosage/5-amino-1mq/): 20 mg/kg subcutaneous per day; once or twice daily; oral capsule (community); subcutaneous in the mouse studies; basis animal study (Neelakantan et al. 2018, Biochemical Pharmacology, diet-induced obese mice, 11 days; dose from the related patent example) - [Cost per mg and Cost per Draw: How to Compare Peptide Vials on Price](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/cost-per-mg-and-cost-per-draw/): Cost per mg is vial price divided by mg in the vial; cost per draw is cost per mg times mg per draw. A worked 5 mg vs 10 mg comparison, with packs and shipping. - [GLP-1 Titration Schedules Compared: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Cagrilintide](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/glp-1-titration-semaglutide-tirzepatide-retatrutide/): Week-by-week label schedules for Wegovy, Ozempic and Zepbound beside the retatrutide and cagrilintide trial doses, plus the math that turns a step into units. - [How Long Reconstituted Peptides Last: Storage, Fridge Time and Bacteriostatic Water](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/how-long-do-reconstituted-peptides-last/): Powder keeps for years frozen; a mixed vial is a 28-day multi-dose vial by USP convention. Bacteriostatic water, fridge temps, freezing, light and degradation. - [How Many Draws Are in a Vial? Vial Yield Math](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/how-many-draws-in-a-vial/): Draws per vial equals vial mass divided by mass per draw. A yield table for 2, 5 and 10 mg vials, why water volume does not change the count, and rounding down. - [How Much Bacteriostatic Water to Add to a Peptide Vial (and Why the Volume Is Your Choice)](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/how-much-bacteriostatic-water-to-add/): The water volume sets the concentration, not the mass. Picking a volume that gives round syringe units, a table for 2, 5 and 10 mg vials, and capacity limits. - [How to Inject Peptides Subcutaneously: Sites, Needles, Steps](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/how-to-inject-peptides-subcutaneously/): Which insulin syringe to use, where to inject (abdomen, thigh, back of arm), site rotation, 45 vs 90 degrees, why no aspiration, and needle disposal. - [How to Read a Peptide Dosage Chart (and Turn It Into Syringe Units)](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/how-to-read-a-peptide-dosage-chart/): What a dose range means, the three basis types (label, trial, commonly reported), weekly vs daily totals, and two worked conversions from a chart row to units. - [How to Use a Peptide Reconstitution Calculator (Step by Step)](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/how-to-use-a-peptide-reconstitution-calculator/): The three inputs, the three outputs and the formula behind every peptide reconstitution calculator, with two worked examples and the input mistakes to check. - [Insulin Syringe Units Explained: U-100, 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL and 1 mL Barrels](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/insulin-syringe-units-explained/): What a unit means on a U-100 insulin syringe, how 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL and 1 mL barrels are marked, the U-40 trap, and a units-to-mL table for reading any draw. - [mcg vs mg: The Conversion Every Reconstitution Depends On](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/mcg-vs-mg/): 1 mg equals 1,000 mcg, and µg means the same as mcg. Where the 1,000× mistake shows up in reconstitution math, a conversion table, and how mcg/mL is derived. - [Peptide Cycle Length: How Long to Run BPC-157, TB-500, GH Secretagogues and GLP-1s](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/peptide-cycle-length-and-breaks/): Why GLP-1s run continuously by label, why GH secretagogues get breaks (the hexarelin data), and why BPC-157 and TB-500 cycle lengths are convention only. - [Reading a Certificate of Analysis for Mass: Net Peptide Content vs Label Claim](https://peptidecalculations.org/guides/reading-a-coa-for-mass/): What a third-party COA reports, why 99% purity is not 5 mg of peptide, how net peptide content differs from label mass, and how it changes the math. ## Conversions - https://peptidecalculations.org/convert/mcg-to-mg/ - https://peptidecalculations.org/convert/mg-to-mcg/ - https://peptidecalculations.org/convert/ml-to-units/ - https://peptidecalculations.org/convert/units-to-ml/ - https://peptidecalculations.org/convert/mg-ml-to-mcg-ml/ - https://peptidecalculations.org/convert/ml-to-ul/ - https://peptidecalculations.org/convert/iu-to-mg/
