Kisspeptin-10 dosage
Kisspeptin-10 is a 10-amino-acid peptide that tells the hypothalamus to release GnRH, which raises LH, FSH and testosterone. In men, IV boluses of 0.3 to 10 nmol/kg (roughly 30 to 900 mcg) raised LH within minutes; in women the response depends on cycle phase and subcutaneous boluses up to 32 nmol/kg did nothing in the follicular phase. There is no validated subcutaneous injection protocol. Community use is 100 to 200 mcg a few times a week, labeled by the people who publish it as an extrapolation.

Kisspeptin-10 dose to units chart
5 mg vial + 5 mL bacteriostatic water = 1 mg/mL (10 mcg per unit on a U-100 insulin syringe). 5 mg + 5 mL = 1 mg/mL, so 100 mcg = 0.1 mL = 10 units and 200 mcg = 20 units. A 10 mg vial + 5 mL is 2 mg/mL: 100 mcg = 5 units.

Kisspeptin-10 dosage for testosterone?
Community use is 100 to 200 mcg subcutaneously two or three times a week. The human studies that raised testosterone used IV boluses of roughly 30 to 900 mcg or controlled subcutaneous infusions, not single shots, so the 100 to 200 mcg figure is an extrapolation. Start at 100 mcg.
How many units of kisspeptin is 100 mcg?
At 1 mg/mL (5 mg in 5 mL) 100 mcg is 10 units. With 2 mL of water it is 4 units, which is hard to measure, so use more water.
Can you take kisspeptin every day?
Better not. Continuous kisspeptin exposure makes the LH response fade (the 12-day infusion study saw gonadotropins return to baseline on continuous dosing). Two or three doses a week keeps the signal pulsatile.
Does kisspeptin work in women?
It depends on cycle phase. In the 2011 study kisspeptin-10 raised LH only in the preovulatory phase and did nothing, by any route, in the early follicular phase. Women using it for libido are copying kisspeptin-54 research, a different peptide.
