Blends are two concentrations in one vial

A blend label lists either the two masses (5 mg + 5 mg) or a combined mass (10 mg). With two masses the math is two ordinary divisions by the shared volume, and every draw contains both peptides at the label ratio because they are dissolved in the same liquid. With only a combined mass, the split is unknown and the vial can only be treated as a single 10 mg mass; the lot certificate sometimes states the split where the label does not.

Because the ratio is fixed by the label, you can only size a draw for one of the two. Enter that one as peptide A; the calculator reports how much of B rides along. Common blend labels on supplier sites include BPC-157 with TB-500 and CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, usually at 5 mg + 5 mg in a 10 mg vial.

Questions

How do I reconstitute a two-peptide blend?

The same way as a single vial: divide each mass by the shared solvent volume to get two concentrations. A 10 mg blend labeled 5 mg + 5 mg in 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL of each. One draw contains both at the ratio on the label.

What if the label only gives the total mass?

Then the math can only treat the vial as one mass. Use the main calculator with the total, and note that the split between the two peptides is unknown unless the lot certificate states it.

Can I set the amount of the second peptide instead?

Swap the two in the form. The draw volume is set by whichever peptide you enter as the first; the second simply comes along at the label ratio.
