Selank dose to units chart
10 mg vial + 10 mL bacteriostatic water = 1 mg/mL (10 mcg per unit on a U-100 insulin syringe). 10 mg in 10 mL = 1 mg/mL. A pump that sprays 0.1 mL gives 100 mcg per spray, so 300 mcg = 3 sprays. The Russian drops are stronger (1.5 mg/mL) and dosed by the drop, about 75 mcg each. Nasal, no syringe.
| Dose | mL | Units (U-100) | Doses per vial |
|---|---|---|---|
| 250 mcg | 0.25 | 25 | 40 |
| 300 mcg | 0.3 | 30 | 33 |

Selank dosage questions
How much Selank per day?
The Russian trial regimen works out to about 900 mcg a day: 2 drops per nostril of the 0.15% solution three times a day for 14 days. Community users take 250 to 500 mcg per application, one to three times a day. Start with one application a day.
Selank dosage in sprays?
At 1 mg/mL, a 0.1 mL pump spray delivers 100 mcg. 300 mcg is 3 sprays. If you mixed 10 mg in 5 mL instead, each spray is 200 mcg, so check your own concentration first.
Can I take Selank and Semax together?
Many people do, Semax in the morning for focus and Selank later for calm, both nasal. There is no trial of the pair. Keep each at its own low dose and do not add a third nasal peptide.
How long until Selank works?
Users report an effect within 15 to 30 minutes of a dose and a steadier effect over the first week. The Russian trial measured outcomes at 14 days.
