GLOW blend calculator
GLOW is one vial of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. The common 70 mg vial is 50 mg GHK-Cu plus 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500.
- Frequency
- once daily, 5 to 7 days a week
- Timing
- any time; many inject in the evening near the area they want to treat
- Cycle
- 4 to 8 weeks, then 4 weeks off
- Route
- subcutaneous, abdomen or near the target area
- Easy mix
- 70 mg + 3.5 mL = 20 mg/mL total peptide, so 2 mg of blend = 0.1 mL = 10 units, carrying 1.43 mg GHK-Cu, 286 mcg BPC-157 and 286 mcg TB-500. With 2 mL instead (35 mg/mL), 10 units is 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 500 mcg of each. A 50 mg GLOW vial has a different split; read the label before you do the math.

About the GLOW blend math
GLOW is a three-peptide blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial or pen. The listed sizes, 50 mg and 70 mg, are the combined mass of the three parts as labeled, and the arithmetic treats the vial as a single total unless each part is printed on the label. The example draw is 2 mg of the mixture. A 50 mg vial with 5 mL of bacteriostatic water is 10 mg/mL. A 2 mg draw is 0.2 mL, or 20 units on a U-100 syringe, and the vial holds 25. A 70 mg vial with 7 mL is the same 10 mg/mL, 20 units per 2 mg, 35 draws. With 5 mL in the 70 mg vial the concentration is 14 mg/mL and 2 mg is 0.1429 mL, which rounds to 14 units. With 2.5 mL in the 50 mg vial it is 20 mg/mL and 2 mg is 0.1 mL, or 10 units. If the label gives each part, the blend tool splits every draw by the same ratio.
GLOW blend questions
GLOW peptide dosage?
Community use is 10 to 20 units a day of a 70 mg vial mixed with 3.5 mL (20 mg/mL): 1.4 to 2.9 mg GHK-Cu and about 290 to 570 mcg each of BPC-157 and TB-500. Start at 10 units and hold for a week before going up.
How much bacteriostatic water for GLOW 70 mg?
3.5 mL gives 20 mg/mL and round numbers (10 units = 2 mg of blend). 2 mL is the other common choice, 35 mg/mL, where 10 units = 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 500 mcg each of the other two. More water means more units per dose and less sting.
How many units is 2 mg of GLOW blend at 50 mg in 5 mL?
50 mg divided by 5 mL is 10 mg/mL of combined peptide. 2 mg divided by 10 mg/mL is 0.2 mL, which is 20 units on a U-100 syringe. The vial holds 25 such draws.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 70 mg vial of GLOW blend?
Any volume the vial holds. 1 mL gives 70 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 35 mg/mL and 3 mL gives 23.3 mg/mL (rounded), all as combined mass. A 5 mg draw of the mixture is about 7 units, about 14 units or about 21 units at those concentrations (0.0714, 0.1429 and 0.2143 mL, rounded).
How many 5 mg draws does a 50 mg vial of GLOW blend give?
50 divided by 5 is 10 draws of the mixture. With 5 mL of solvent (10 mg/mL) each 5 mg draw is 0.5 mL, or 50 units; with 2.5 mL (20 mg/mL) it is 0.25 mL, or 25 units.
