KLOW blend calculator

KLOW is one vial holding GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500, named by the initials (the O is for the copper in GHK-Cu). The common 80 mg vial is 50 mg GHK-Cu plus 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.

80 mg + 4 mL = 20 mg/mL total peptide, so 2 mg of blend = 0.1 mL = 10 units. Each 10 units carries 1.25 mg GHK-Cu, 250 mcg BPC-157, 250 mcg TB-500 and 250 mcg KPV. Read your label: a 55 mg KLOW vial has a different split and the per-unit amounts change.

About the KLOW blend math

KLOW is a four-peptide blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in one vial or pen, named from the initial letters. The sizes listed, 55 mg and 80 mg, are the combined mass of all four parts, and the math treats the vial as one total unless the label states each part. The example draw is 1 mg of the mixture. A 55 mg vial with 5.5 mL of bacteriostatic water is 10 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 0.1 mL, or 10 units on a U-100 syringe, with 55 draws in the vial. With 5 mL it is 11 mg/mL and 1 mg is 0.0909 mL, which rounds to 9 units (9 units holds 0.99 mg). An 80 mg vial with 4 mL is 20 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 0.05 mL, or 5 units, 80 draws per vial; with 8 mL it is back to 10 mg/mL and 10 units. If the label gives each part, divide each part by the same solvent volume to get its own concentration, and the blend tool splits every draw accordingly.

KLOW blend questions

KLOW peptide dosage?

Community use is 10 to 20 units a day of an 80 mg vial mixed with 4 mL (20 mg/mL). That delivers 1.25 to 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 250 to 500 mcg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Start at 10 units.

How much water for a KLOW 80 mg vial?

4 mL gives 20 mg/mL and round numbers: 10 units = 2 mg of blend. 3 mL gives 26.7 mg/mL, where 10 units is 1.67 mg GHK-Cu and 333 mcg of each other peptide. Either is fine; write the concentration on the vial.

How many units is 1 mg of KLOW blend at 55 mg in 5.5 mL?

55 mg divided by 5.5 mL is 10 mg/mL of combined peptide. 1 mg divided by 10 mg/mL is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 syringe. The vial holds 55 such draws.

How much bacteriostatic water for an 80 mg vial of KLOW blend?

Any volume the vial holds. 1 mL gives 80 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 40 mg/mL and 3 mL gives 26.7 mg/mL (rounded), all as combined mass. A 2 mg draw of the mixture is 2.5 units, 5 units or 7.5 units at those concentrations, so 2 mL is the one of the three that lands on a whole mark.

How many 2 mg draws are in a 55 mg vial of KLOW blend?

55 divided by 2 is 27.5, so 27 full 2 mg draws with 1 mg of mixture left. With 5.5 mL of solvent (10 mg/mL) each 2 mg draw is 0.2 mL, or 20 units.
