CJC-1295 (no DAC) dosage

CJC-1295 without DAC is modified GRF 1-29, a 29 amino acid GHRH analog with a half-life of about 30 minutes. It gives a short GH pulse that mimics the natural one, which is why it is nearly always paired with a GHRP like ipamorelin. Users commonly inject 100 to 200 mcg once to three times daily, fasted, for 8 to 16 weeks. There are no human trials of this exact molecule; the published CJC-1295 trial used the DAC version.

100 mcg to 200 mcgper dose, 1 to 3 times daily

Basis: commonly reported. 100 mcg combined with 100 mcg ipamorelin 2 to 3 times daily is the most cited pattern; 200 mcg at bedtime for single dosing

CJC-1295 (no DAC) dose to units chart

5 mg vial + 2.5 mL bacteriostatic water = 2 mg/mL (20 mcg per unit on a U-100 insulin syringe). 5 mg + 2.5 mL = 2 mg/mL, so 100 mcg = 0.05 mL = 5 units; 200 mcg = 10 units. A 10 mg vial with 5 mL gives the same 2 mg/mL.

Side effects

Before you start. Human dosing is not established; the only published CJC-1295 trial tested the long-acting DAC form at weight-based doses, not this molecule. It raises GH and IGF-1, so cancer history and diabetes are reasons for caution, and it should not be combined with food if you want it to work. Not medical advice; start low and talk to a clinician.

CJC-1295 (no DAC) dosage questions

How much CJC-1295 no DAC should I take?

There is no established human dose. The commonly reported range is 100 to 200 mcg under the skin, one to three times a day, fasted, almost always alongside ipamorelin at the same dose. On a 5 mg vial in 2.5 mL that is 5 to 10 units.

CJC-1295 with DAC or without DAC, which should I use?

No DAC gives a 30 minute pulse and is dosed daily with a GHRP; DAC lasts about a week and is dosed once weekly, with GH raised continuously. Most users who want the natural pulse pattern pick no DAC. The only human trial data is for the DAC version.

How many units is 100 mcg of CJC-1295?

With 5 mg in 2.5 mL (2 mg/mL) 100 mcg is 0.05 mL, which is 5 units. With 5 mg in 2 mL it is 4 units. Reconstituting with 2.5 mL makes the small doses easier to read on the syringe.

Can I mix CJC-1295 and ipamorelin in one syringe?

Yes, that is what the combined blend vials are, and users draw both into one syringe routinely. Keep the dose of each at 100 to 200 mcg and inject fasted. If you buy the pre-mixed blend, check the mg of each on the label.
