Hexarelin calculator

Hexarelin is the strongest of the GHRP family per dose: in a 1994 study of healthy volunteers, 1 mcg/kg by IV released about twice the GH of GHRH, and 2 mcg/kg more again. It also raises cortisol and prolactin, and the GH response fades within 1 to 2 weeks of daily use.

2 mg + 1 mL = 2 mg/mL, so 100 mcg = 0.05 mL = 5 units; 200 mcg = 10 units. A 5 mg vial with 2.5 mL gives the same 2 mg/mL.

About the Hexarelin math

Hexarelin is a synthetic six-amino-acid peptide. Suppliers list it in 2 mg and 5 mg vials, and the 2 mg size is small enough that a 1 mL fill already gives a low concentration. The example draw is 100 mcg. A 2 mg vial with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water is 2 mg/mL, or 2,000 mcg/mL. A 100 mcg draw is 0.05 mL, or 5 units on a U-100 syringe, and 2,000 divided by 100 is 20 draws per vial. With 2 mL in the same vial the concentration is 1,000 mcg/mL and 100 mcg is 0.1 mL, or 10 units. A 5 mg vial with 2.5 mL lands on 2,000 mcg/mL again, so 100 mcg is 5 units and the vial holds 50 draws; with 1 mL it is 5,000 mcg/mL and 100 mcg is only 2 units. A 200 mcg draw doubles each figure: 10 units at 2,000 mcg/mL, 20 units at 1,000 mcg/mL and 4 units at 5,000 mcg/mL. Both vial sizes can be set to the same concentration, which keeps one set of marks for either.

Hexarelin questions

How much hexarelin should I take?

The human studies used 1 to 2 mcg/kg, about 70 to 140 mcg for a 70 kg adult, as a single dose. Users commonly inject 100 to 200 mcg one to three times daily, fasted. On a 2 mg vial in 1 mL, 100 mcg is 5 units.

Why does hexarelin stop working?

Daily dosing attenuates the GH response within 1 to 2 weeks in the published studies, with partial recovery after a few days off. That is why community cycles are short, 4 to 8 weeks, and why many rotate it with ipamorelin or GHRP-2 rather than run it alone for months.

How many units is 100 mcg of Hexarelin at 2 mg in 1 mL?

2 mg divided by 1 mL is 2 mg/mL, or 2,000 mcg/mL. 100 mcg divided by 2,000 mcg/mL is 0.05 mL. On a U-100 syringe 0.05 mL is 5 units.

How much bacteriostatic water for a 5 mg vial of Hexarelin?

Any volume the vial holds. 1 mL gives 5 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL and 3 mL gives 1.67 mg/mL (rounded). A 200 mcg draw is 4 units, 8 units or 12 units at those three concentrations.

How many 200 mcg draws are in a 2 mg vial of Hexarelin?

2 mg is 2,000 mcg, and 2,000 divided by 200 is 10 draws. With 1 mL of solvent (2,000 mcg/mL) each 200 mcg draw is 0.1 mL, or 10 units.
