Pinealon calculator
Pinealon is a three-amino-acid Khavinson peptide, Glu-Asp-Arg, studied by its inventing group in cells, animals and small uncontrolled groups of elderly patients. No dose-finding study exists and no trial is registered anywhere.
- Frequency
- once daily during a course
- Timing
- morning
- Cycle
- 10 to 20 days, repeated 2 to 3 times a year
- Route
- oral (community); intramuscular in Russian clinic reports; subcutaneous rarely
- Easy mix
- 20 mg + 2 mL = 10 mg/mL, so 1 mg = 0.1 mL = 10 units. That is the math only; most people take the vial contents orally and there is no human injection dose to copy.

About the Pinealon math
Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide with the sequence Glu-Asp-Arg. It is listed as 20 mg vials and, by some suppliers, as capsules, which carry their own labeled mass and need no arithmetic. The 20 mg vial is twice the mass of a 10 mg peptide vial, so the same solvent volume gives twice the concentration. A 20 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 10 mg/mL, or 10,000 mcg/mL. A 1 mg draw is 0.1 mL, or 10 units on a U-100 syringe, and the vial holds 20 draws. A 2 mg draw at that concentration is 20 units, with ten draws in the vial. With 4 mL the concentration halves to 5 mg/mL and 1 mg is 0.2 mL, or 20 units; with only 1 mL it doubles to 20 mg/mL and 1 mg is 0.05 mL, or 5 units. A 500 mcg draw at 10 mg/mL is 5 units, and 20,000 mcg divided by 500 gives 40 draws. Each of those volumes yields whole unit marks.
Pinealon questions
Pinealon dosage?
There is no tested human dose. Community use is 10 to 20 mg a day by mouth, usually one 20 mg capsule in the morning, for 10 to 20 days, two or three times a year. Nobody has compared doses.
Do you inject pinealon?
Rarely. Russian reports describe clinic injections of the bioregulator peptides, but no published dose for Pinealon by injection exists. The sold form is capsules or a 20 mg vial that most people take orally.
How many units is 1 mg of Pinealon at 20 mg in 2 mL?
20 mg divided by 2 mL is 10 mg/mL. 1 mg divided by 10 mg/mL is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 syringe. The vial holds 20 such draws.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 20 mg vial of Pinealon?
Any volume the vial holds. 1 mL gives 20 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 10 mg/mL and 3 mL gives 6.67 mg/mL (rounded). A 2 mg draw is 10 units, 20 units or 30 units at those three concentrations.
How many 500 mcg draws are in a 20 mg vial of Pinealon?
20 mg is 20,000 mcg, and 20,000 divided by 500 is 40 draws. With 2 mL of solvent (10,000 mcg/mL) each 500 mcg draw is 0.05 mL, or 5 units; with 4 mL it is 0.1 mL, or 10 units.
